Panama Contact Services ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website — including our free tax calculators and quiz — why we collect it, and what rights you have over it, in accordance with Panama’s Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, questionnaires, or tax tools and choose to request a personalized report or consultation, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, and — depending on the form — phone number, country, and your form answers (e.g. income figures or quiz responses). We do not require this information to use our free calculators; results are shown without any data collection unless you explicitly request a report or consultation.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the report or content you requested, to follow up on consultation requests, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store submitted data securely and Resend to send transactional emails (such as your personalized tax report). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to your request or provide the service you asked for, or as required by law.
Your rights
